Conditions and Restrictions

The following conditions and restrictions apply to this offer:

1. You are a registered attendee of our Comprehensive LSAT Course or the LSAT Plus or LSAT Elite Package.
2. You re-take the class within twelve (12) months from the date on which we confirm your enrollment.
3. You contact us in advance to verify space availability for your preferred class. We will do our very best to accommodate your class preferences. However, if a class's registration is full, we will make alternative suggestions.
4. The guarantee does not apply to 1-1 LSAT Tutoring or the tutoring component of LSAT Plus or LSAT Elite.
